Life can often be stressful, and at times become overwhelming while trying to balance competing demands. Perhaps you already know it’s time to slow down. This yoga therapy series will wrap around nourishing care and support, while providing time to explore how to listen and respond to the messages your body is sending you.

Each group yoga therapy class series includes a personal 30 minute virtual assessment, six 75 minute group yoga therapy sessions in-studio.

Group yoga therapy differs from a traditional yoga class in that it is tailored for the individual needs of the registered participants and utilizes specific tools to support mental health, trauma and emotional resilience.
