Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your spot up to 4 hours before class without penalty. This allows others the chance to join and helps our instructors plan accordingly. For late cancellation and no shows, unlimited members are charged a $15 (+GST) fee. Punch pass holders and drop in guests are deducted one class. For workshops & special events, we require 7 days notice for cancellations and rescheduling. 

Late Entry Policy:

For safety and respect to others, you're welcome to join a class up to 3 minutes after the scheduled start time. After that, doors will be closed to prevent disruption — especially important in yoga and high-intensity classes where warm-ups matter. Thanks for helping us keep Sitka a welcoming, safe, and focused space for all!

Please silence and store your phone before entering class. Let’s keep the space distraction-free for you and those around you.

Purchase Policy:

All services, classes, packages, memberships, and products must be purchased in advance through Mindbody or in studio. Prices are subject to change without notice. Packages and memberships are non-transferable and intended for use by the purchaser only unless otherwise stated.

Terms & Conditions:

By purchasing or booking services through Mindbody, you agree to abide by our studio policies, including scheduling, cancellation, and payment terms. Appointments and classes must be cancelled within the required cancellation window to avoid late cancellation or no-show fees. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior or failure to comply with studio policies. Participation in services is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

Return & Refund Policy:

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services, classes, packages, memberships, or gift cards. Unused sessions may expire according to the terms of purchase. In exceptional circumstances, credits may be issued at the discretion of management. Missed appointments or late cancellations are subject to the full service fee.

Your information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for essential business operations.
