WARM KARMA FLOW: BY DONATION TO THE FOOD BANK
This is a donation-based class in support of the local food bank.
This gentle flow is designed to help you slow down, relax, and unwind during the busy Christmas season. Expect calming movement, deep stretches, and plenty of time to breathe, rest, and truly chill. Thank you for giving back to the community while taking time for yourself 💚
Instead of a class fee, we kindly ask participants to bring a monetary or non-perishable food item donation. All donations collected will be given directly to the food bank. Thank you for helping us support our community while taking time to relax, unwind, and move gently this holiday season.

TAMAS TO TEJAS: A SOLSTICE FLOW
Tamas to Tejas is a journey from heaviness into radiance, from stillness into clarity. This flow begins close to the earth, inviting release of stagnation through grounding breath and slow, steady movement. As the practice unfolds, warmth is gradually cultivated with intricate sequencing, and fluid transitions. Balancing strength with softness, effort with ease, the class integrates moments of pause, cooling breath, and reflection.

Step into the quiet beauty of the Winter Solstice—the pause between darkness and light. Solstice Stillness is a deeply restorative yoga practice designed to honor this moment of reflection and renewal. Through gentle, fully supported postures, calming breathwork, and soothing stillness, you’ll be guided inward to rest, release, and reconnect. As we honor the longest night, we invite in the light—both around us and within.
