  • BABY + ME YOGA

    For parents and babies 8 weeks to pre-walking

    Baby + Me Yoga is a fun parent and baby program that incorporates yoga, movement and music for both adults and babies to enjoy. Classes find you rocking, singing and bouncing with your baby while getting in a great stretch and flow.

    The time you spend together with your baby supports attachment and bonding, healthy development and is sure to make everyone smile!

  • PRENATAL YOGA

    Nurture your body, mind, and baby.

    This gentle and supportive class is designed specifically for expectant mothers in all stages of pregnancy. Prenatal Yoga focuses on breath awareness, mindful movement, and poses that help relieve common pregnancy discomforts such as back pain, fatigue, and swelling.

    Each session promotes strength, flexibility, and relaxation while also preparing your body for labor and delivery. You'll learn techniques to connect with your baby, reduce stress, and build community with other expecting parents in a safe, welcoming space.
