  • VINYASA FLOW

    Vinyasa Flow is an energizing Vinyasa-style class designed to build strength, stamina, stability, and flexibility. Expect a dynamic sequence that links breath to movement, with a strong focus on functional strength, balance, and core engagement.
    This class is perfect for those looking to elevate their practice, break a sweat, and challenge both body and mind—all while staying grounded in intentional breath. Modifications and progressions are offered, making it accessible for both experienced yogis and those ready to level up.

  • DEEP STRETCH

    Unwind, release, and restore. This class is designed to melt away tension and create space in your body through long, mindful holds and deep, intentional stretches. Perfect for anyone looking to improve flexibility, increase mobility, and calm the nervous system.

    Expect a slower-paced practice that focuses on major muscle groups, using props and breathwork to support relaxation and deeper opening. Ideal for athletes, desk workers, or anyone needing a gentle reset — no yoga experience required.

  • RESTORE & REGULATE

    This is a quiet practice designed to help your body shift out of stress mode and into repair. Using bolsters, blankets, and fully supported postures, you’ll be guided into positions that allow the nervous system to settle. Transitions are slow. Shapes are intentional. There is no pushing, no forcing, no striving.

    The focus isn’t flexibility — It’s feeling supported enough to soften. Over 75 minutes, we give the body time to recalibrate. When the nervous system feels safe, tension begins to unwind. Breathing deepens. The pace slows. The body remembers how to rest.

  • HIPS & HAMMIES

    Build strength, mobility, and flexibility in your lower body with this dynamic yoga flow focused on the hips and hamstrings. Expect strong, intentional movements combined with deep stretches to challenge stability, increase range of motion, and release common areas of tightness. This class is ideal for athletes, desk workers, and anyone wanting to balance power with mobility. You’ll leave feeling strong, open, and ready to move with ease.

  • STRETCH & RESET

    This class is designed to help unwind and release tension held in the body and mind throughout the week. The practice begins with intentional breathwork to ground energy and gently guide awareness into the present moment.

    The class then moves through yin-inspired, deep, passive stretches, supported by props to encourage softness, stillness, and a sense of calm within the nervous system.

    Each class concludes with a guided meditation and restful savasana for integration and renewal. Inspired by the Chinese Five Elements, the practice aligns with the energy of the season to support balance and overall well-being.

  • FOUNDATION FLOW

    Foundation Flow helps you build the core principles of a strong yoga practice. Through steady sequences and clear guidance, you’ll learn how to move safely and intentionally, linking breath with movement.   • BABY + ME YOGA

    For parents and babies 8 weeks to pre-walking

    Baby + Me Yoga is a fun parent and baby program that incorporates yoga, movement and music for both adults and babies to enjoy. Classes find you rocking, singing and bouncing with your baby while getting in a great stretch and flow.

    The time you spend together with your baby supports attachment and bonding, healthy development and is sure to make everyone smile!

  • PRENATAL YOGA

    Nurture your body, mind, and baby.

    This gentle and supportive class is designed specifically for expectant mothers in all stages of pregnancy. Prenatal Yoga focuses on breath awareness, mindful movement, and poses that help relieve common pregnancy discomforts such as back pain, fatigue, and swelling.

    Each session promotes strength, flexibility, and relaxation while also preparing your body for labor and delivery. You'll learn techniques to connect with your baby, reduce stress, and build community with other expecting parents in a safe, welcoming space.
