Jill’s fitness journey began in 2007 when she stepped into her first Muay Thai class and instantly fell in love with the challenge and discipline of training. In 2013, while playing roller derby, she discovered an undiagnosed spine injury that changed everything. Determined to continue moving safely, she pursued personal training education to better understand her body and manage pain in the gym. That experience sparked a deeper passion for helping others navigate their own unique fitness needs.
Jill went on to coach group fitness for several years and earned additional certifications in bodybuilding and nutrition coaching. After a 2.5-year break, she’s thrilled to be back in the fitness community, stronger in purpose and excited to support others on their journey.
A Fort McMurray local since 1999, Jill is a proud mom of four. She studies Buddhism and believes deeply in the power of mindset. Her philosophy: fitness is for everyBODY — it just looks different for each of us.
