Whether you like it room-temp, warm, or hot — we’ve got the perfect setting for your workout. Our Fitness and Pilates classes are offered in room-temperature, warm (30°C), and hot (35°C) formats, all heated with soothing infrared heat.

Infrared heat warms your body (not just the air), helping muscles loosen, improving circulation, and enhancing your strength and flexibility.   • CLASSIC PILATES

    This class will move you through a series of classical Mat Pilates exercises that focus on precise movement, alignment and breath.  By slowing down the exercises and practicing them repeatedly, you learn to deeply connect to yourself through a full-body movement experience that will tone, strengthen, lengthen, and engage all the big and small core muscles of the body.  Come experience why we are all so crazy in love with Pilates!

  • PILATES FIT

    A dynamic class that combines the principles of traditional Mat Pilates with the classic 60 second interval training method. 

    Each class will flow through a series of timed and repeated exercises designed to elevate your strength and endurance, creating a workout that will leave you feeling empowered and accomplished.  Expect a series of controlled, full-body movements that target core muscles, improves flexibility, and enhances overall body strength. All levels welcome!

  • CYCLE & STRENGTH

    Get ready for the ultimate full-body workout! The first half of this 60-minute class takes place in the cycle room, where you'll ride to heart-pumping music, torch calories, and build endurance with high-energy cycling intervals. Then we hit the fitness floor for the second half—focused strength training to challenge every major muscle group, followed by a core-burner finale that will leave you feeling strong and accomplished.

    All fitness levels are welcome—our instructors offer modifications and challenges to suit your pace. Just bring a water bottle, a sweat towel, and your best post-workout victory dance. (Trust us, you’ll earn it.)

  • SUNRISE STRENGTH (UPPER BODY)

    Start your day strong with this invigorating upper-body workout designed to awaken your muscles and energize your mind. Sunrise Strength (Upper Body) focuses on building strength, stability, and endurance in the chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps using a combination of free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises.

    This 45-minute class blends structured sets, supersets, and functional movements to help improve posture, boost metabolism, and increase upper-body power. Perfect for all fitness levels, modifications are provided to match your pace and goals.

  • SUNRISE STRENGTH (LOWER BODY)

    Wake up your lower body and power up your day with this focused strength-training class designed to target the glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves. Sunrise Strength (Lower Body) combines resistance training, functional movements, and core activation to build muscular endurance, stability, and strength from the ground up.

    In just 45 minutes, you'll move through a variety of exercises, supersets, and function-based work using dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications offered to meet your individual needs.

  • TRIPLE A: ARMS, ABS, & ASS

    Sculpt, sweat, and strengthen in this total-body conditioning class that targets three key areas — your core, upper body, and glutes. Using a mix of bodyweight, resistance bands, and weights, you’ll tone and build strength where it counts most.

    Expect a high-energy workout with a focus on form, function, and a little bit of burn. Perfect for anyone looking to tighten, tone, and leave class feeling strong and unstoppable.

  • STRENGTH X SCULPT

    Unlock your strength and move with power in Strength & Power — a high-energy, full-body fitness class designed to challenge and empower you. This class combines dynamic bodyweight movements, targeted dumbbell exercises, and versatile equipment like resistance bands, blocks, and medicine balls to build strength, stability, and mobility from head to toe.

    Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to take your training to the next level, Strength & Power is suitable for all fitness levels. With scalable movements and expert coaching, you'll be supported to push your limits safely and effectively.
