Expect a full-body workout that targets the arms, shoulders, core, glutes, and legs, with options to modify or progress as needed.
This class emphasizes stability, alignment, and endurance rather than high-impact or fast-paced cardio, making it accessible for all fitness levels. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more connected to your body, and energized—not exhausted—making Tone & Sculpt the perfect complement to higher-intensity workouts or a stand-alone strength session.
