We’ve all heard about the 97 dogs rescued by the SPCA, and honestly, it’s been sitting heavy on our minds. 🐾

We wanted to find a small way to come together as a community and help support the incredible work being done to care for them.

Join us for a Warm Slow Flow Karma Class in support of the SPCA. All levels are welcome, and we’ll be accepting both monetary and physical donations to help support the care and needs of these dogs as they begin their next chapter.
