THE TOTAL BODY TRIATHALON: PILATES, YOGA, & CYCLE

Join Morgan & Brandi for a dynamic studio experience that brings together three movement styles in one energizing event.

We’ll begin with yoga to warm up and mobilize the body, setting a strong foundation for movement. From there, we’ll transition into Pilates to build strength, control, and stability—pausing midway for a quick refresh with hydration and cool lemon cloths.

We’ll finish strong with a high-energy spin class, bringing everything together for an empowering full-body experience.

This event is about moving well, building endurance, and sharing the experience as a community—not competition.
