Olivia Martineau is an experienced yoga teacher who believes yoga is a powerful practice that connects the mind, body, and breath. With over 2,500 hours of lead teaching experience, she creates inclusive classes that support strength, mobility, mindfulness, and overall well-being. She has also been a spin instructor for over four years, bringing energy, motivation, and a strong understanding of movement to every class she teaches.

Olivia holds E-RYT 200 and E-RYT 500 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) designations through Yoga Alliance, reflecting her advanced training and extensive teaching experience. She is also a Registered Children's Yoga Teacher (RCYT) and holds certifications in prenatal yoga, children's yoga, and Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga.

As a mother of two and with a background in Environmental Science, Olivia combines evidence-informed teaching with compassionate guidance, helping students better understand their bodies while building confidence in their practice.

She is honored to travel to Fort Chipewyan to teach yoga in Indigenous communities, expanding access to yoga and fostering connection through movement and mindfulness.
