Shauna Genneaux

Yoga Instructor

Shauna grew up in Cape Breton before making the move to Fort McMurray in 2005. Along the way, she embraced her most rewarding role—being a mom to her son and daughter —which has shaped her perspective on the importance of balance, patience, and self-care.

What began as a way to stay fit soon became a passion for yoga. After completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2017, Shauna discovered a love for teaching and helping others experience the physical and mental benefits of the practice.

Shauna’s classes are welcoming, supportive, and accessible to all levels. She hopes every student leaves feeling stronger, more grounded, and more connected to themselves—whether they come for the movement, the mindfulness, or simply an hour to recharge from everyday life.
