YOGA THERAPY TOOLBOX FOR DEPRESSION AND LOW MOOD

As we prepare to transition seasons, symptoms of low mood and depression can at times surface or increase. Yoga Therapy can help provide additional tools to help manage low mood through body-based strategies, mindfulness and compassion. This trauma informed workshop will include time for discussion, embodied learning and reflection and is appropriate for all body types and levels of experience.
